## **How to get Rewards**

1. **Become a Originated Spotlight**
   1. **Create or Join an Interesting Spotlight IP**
      1. [**#how to create**](/spotlight-protocol/introduction/how-to-use.md)
2. **Build a Strong IP Identity**
   1. **Clearly Define Your IP's Story and Value**: Ensure that your audience understands what your IP is and what it represents. Whether it's an artwork, digital asset, or virtual character, make sure there’s a clear narrative and positioning.
   2. **Create a Community**: Engage actively with your fans and users. Building a loyal community will not only increase the IP's value but also foster deeper connections with your audience.
3. **Engage with your Derivative**
   1. **Support and Promote Derivative Works**: If your Spotlight IP inspires derivative projects, encourage creators to explore these derivatives. This can include artwork, stories, music, or even other forms of tokenized content. The more derivative works that emerge from your IP, the more your original content can grow in recognition and value.
4. **Claim your rewards on the Rewards page**
   1. If there are tokens created under your Spotlight IP, you will receive 10% of their bonding curve fees.
   2. **Claiming Site: TBA**

## Benefits of this Reward Structure

The reward structure in Spotlight Protocol offers significant incentives for **established Spotlight IPs**, encouraging them to actively engage with the platform and contribute to its growth. This structure benefits IP creators by providing a consistent revenue stream and recognizing the value of their contributions to the ecosystem.
